Clinical Job Description
​To engage assigned clients of Weber Human Services in an effective therapeutic relationship while delivering research-based interventions. Interventions must demonstrate decreased symptoms of mental illness and/or substance abuse and improved functioning in important life domains. Actively participate in clinical competency-based training, follow evidence-based models to fidelity, and remain open to ongoing coaching and feedback in delivery of services through direct observation and standardized supervision processes. Will perform assessments, develop diagnoses, and complete individual recovery plans with clients.
There will be emphasis on delivering evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy modalities as needed. Provide backup crisis coverage as needed. Must be able to collaborate and build effective relationships with inter-agency and community partners. Must meet agency productivity standard. Must maintain clinical documentation as required by agency standards.
