Weber Human Services implements the following strategies in order to cultivate our agency’s cultural awareness:

We work to identify and breakdown institutionalized racism and other forms of discrimination, and enrich the resources available to employees, volunteers, and clients of color and others from underrepresented groups, within established legal and budgetary constraints.

We try to identify and break down barriers to accessing our services for underrepresented groups, and enhance that access through education and outreach.
